About
About This Site
When you go looking for straight answers about testosterone, almost every result is selling something. Clinics sell treatment. Supplement companies sell supplements. This site lays the options side by side and starts where the guidelines start: with an accurate measurement.
What the site does
- Explains every option from the primary research: clinical trials, treatment guidelines and FDA labels, cited on every page.
- Says what each option costs you, in money, in monitoring and in fertility.
- Grades the evidence honestly, including when it is small, short, industry-funded or only in animals.
Who writes it
Most articles are published under the byline of our research desk, an AI persona: those articles are researched and drafted with AI tools from primary sources and checked against those sources before they publish.
Some articles are written by named contributors under their own bylines. A contributor’s author page says who they are and what they write about, and any first-hand account in their articles is their own.
No author on this site is a clinician. Articles report what the research found; they are not personal medical advice.
How it’s checked and how it makes money
The evidence standard and the vetting a clinic or lab must pass are on How We Review. Some links earn a commission, explained in full on How We Make Money; a commission never decides a recommendation. Writing, checking and corrections are covered by the Editorial Policy.
Who publishes it
