These terms govern your use of testosteroneboost.net (“the site”), operated by Xenco Labs, Inc. (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Information, not medical advice

Everything on the site is general information for adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and reading it does not create a doctor–patient relationship with anyone. The author is not a physician. Pages that have been reviewed by a licensed clinician say so, with the clinician’s name and the review date; that review checks the page for accuracy and does not make it advice for your situation.

2. First-person accounts

Some articles include a named contributor’s own experience. One person’s experience is not evidence that a treatment will work, or be safe, for you.

3. Affiliate links

Some links earn us a commission if you buy something after clicking them. This doesn’t change the price you pay. How this works, and how it does and doesn’t affect what we write, is explained on our How We Make Money page, which is part of these terms.

4. Third-party sites and services

The site links to lab-testing services, telehealth providers, retailers, research journals and other sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products, services, prices or privacy practices, and any purchase or treatment you get from them is between you and them.

5. Accuracy and updates

We work to keep the content accurate and current and cite our sources on each page. Medical research, drug regulation and provider pricing change, and we can’t guarantee that every page reflects the latest change on the day you read it. Each page shows the date it was last updated.

6. Our content

The articles, images, design and other content on the site belong to Xenco Labs, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read, share links to and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, copy at scale, scrape or use the content to train machine-learning models without our written permission.

7. What you send us

If you send us a message, comment or suggestion, you confirm that you have the right to send it and give us permission to use it to improve the site. We won’t publish your name or personal details without asking you first.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to access it with automated tools in a way that burdens it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

If your misuse of the site or violation of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
