Privacy Policy
Effective
testosteroneboost.net (“the site,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Xenco Labs, Inc., a California corporation. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect as little as we can. We never ask for health information, we don’t run advertising pixels, and we don’t sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter. That’s the only field on the signup form.
- Whatever you write to us, if you email us.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page, and the time of the request. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people find the site. It sets first-party cookies to tell visits apart. It is configured with Google signals and ad personalization turned off, and we don’t use it to build profiles of individual visitors.
Information we do not collect
- We do not ask for, and do not want, your health information: symptoms, lab results, medications or diagnoses. If you send us health details in an email anyway, we use them only to reply to you and then delete them.
- We do not place advertising or social-media tracking pixels (such as Meta, TikTok, Snap or Google Ads tags) on this site.
How we use information
- To send the newsletter you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- To answer messages you send us.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to understand which content is useful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links on the site are affiliate links to partners such as lab-testing services, telehealth providers and Amazon. When you click one, you leave our site, and that partner may set its own cookies to record that you came from us. We receive no personal information about you from those partners beyond, in some cases, an anonymous record that a purchase occurred. The partner’s own privacy policy governs what happens on its site, so read it before you share health information there.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they process information only on our instructions:
- Hosting: Vercel (privacy policy)
- Email newsletter: Listmonk, which we host ourselves
- Analytics: Google Analytics (privacy policy)
How long we keep information
- Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe.
- Messages you send us: up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from email at any time. We respond within 45 days and won’t treat you differently for making a request.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still make any request below.
Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws, including Washington’s My Health My Data Act, have similar rights. Because we don’t collect consumer health data, most of those obligations won’t apply to your use of the site, but we honor access and deletion requests from anyone.
To make a request, email support@testosteroneboost.net with the subject line “Privacy request.”
Children
TestosteroneBoost is written for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the whole site and limit access to the systems that hold subscriber information. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as possible in the first place.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above. If the change is significant, we’ll also note it in the newsletter.
